I had no idea that these cakes were ever frozen!

It does sag after a couple of days due to the strawberry filling is only in the middle area diameter-wise, whipped cream in the outer middle (I believe so the red filling does not leak through to the outside) We were skeptical because of the one-star reviews but it was the only cake which looked like a birthday cake where we could utilize curbside pickup. I am sure it depends who puts on the strawberries but ours seemed cleaned and well presented. We were pleasantly surprised on how big it was and would order it again. See our picture as the online picture does not do it justice.
