I'm so happy I finally bought these. They are very high quality and easy to use.

I enjoy it very much doing my workout with the bowflex dumbbells.

Really love the look and hoe easy is to set up the weight you want not to mention the nice grip.

So far so good. I hope they hold up but seem to be very sturdy and reliable.

A must have if you workout with weights.
