Finally bought for my husband after going back and forth with other "weight adjust" brands. He is like a kid in a candy store now and I am also taking part in working on my upper body with his instructions. Everything (bench, weights, and stand) came with no damage. One box was damaged, but their inner package was superior on doing what it was suppose to do. I highly recommend this product and buying through Walmart for the cheaper price.

This item I purchased was for my son as a Christmas gift. He is in to working out and enjoys it alot! Instead of having multiple sets of dumbells which would make his apartment look like a mess, this helps solve that solution. He saves room and it makes it easier when he wants to workout, but does not want to leave the house. I'm thinking of purchasing one for my own house.

I was shocked with disappointment when I opened up the box. The base was some cheap thin layer of plastic. On the user manual, first couple of pages illustrates the flimsy new design but pages after, they have the traditional base picture. The new base cradle does NOT work with media rack stand either. They will shift left and right on the stand when you push it. I called bowflex directly and asked. Initially the person on the phone didnt know about this change and made an inquiry with their engineering department. Then they've confirmed that the design was re-done and all future production will be using these flimpy thin plastic. How can Bowflex keep increasing the price yet cutting cost on materials? Absolutely terrible You are most likely not going to get the traditional base cradle on Walmart product pictures. It will be this new design, so beware! It's not really Walmart's fault but manufacturer's fault

I've never seen or heard of these weights until I seen a good friend of mine with them. I joined a group and saw someone else with them. So, I decided to inquire about them and they mentioned how they LOVE them! So, I decided to purchase them although I was a little hesitant because of the price. Well, I received them, and let me tell you, I LOVE THEM TOO!! I like how you can set the weights to whatever amount of pounds you need AND you can adjust each side to different settings! Yes! I'm getting rid of all my other weights and sticking with these. If you're looking for something unlike other weights, then give these a try. I know, it is a lot on the pricey side but so worth it.

Bought these dumbbells as i have very limited space in my apartment to keep a full rack. The only complaint i have is that the weight sections can wiggle in the handle as you work out. They are fully secure but with them moving it makes it feel unsteady; however, once you get used to it its good. Love that it goes all the way up to 52.5 pounds. I haven't gotten to use it to its highest setting yet but i'm hoping to get there soon.

I live in a small house and needed to incorporate weights into my office/workout room. These don't take up much space at all, just what I needed. The gears work smoothly, they arrived 3 days early (I live in a suburb of Philadelphia), and they're comfortable to hold. Well packed, too. I wouldn't have been able to pick up the box if I'd bought them at a store, so buying online was a great experience.

I am very pleased with these dumbbells so far. They adjust fine. I agree with other users that they are still bulky with low weights, but they feel like expensive equipment. I've had them a few months and can't complain. $299 is a steal for these. God Bless
