We purchased this machine to put in our warehouse for our employees to fill their drinks and to fill a display in our showroom with bottled water for our customers. It hooked up easily and started making ice immediately. No problems so far.

Very happy with ice maker so far. Setting it up took a little extra time because I did not have a drain so I had to run a PVC pipe out of my garage to the yard. Once I turned it on it made ice with in 20 minutes or so and made 80 pounds of ice in less than 24 hours. Filled my deep freeze with 200 pounds of ice in 2 days.

Produces ice great! It piles up to sensor without leveling out so it can fill up compartment! Plastics cover was broken upon arrival, haven’t had chance to get them to ship new one yet! We had to turn it of because we have so much ice!! Nice purchase!

Works great perfect for what we needed

We have had this MaxxIce 100 for a couple weeks now and we love it so far.

Love this machine so far. It’s not very big, but makes and holds a lot of ice. It’s perfect for our needs. I ordered ice bags and and freeze so we always have more than we need. Only complaint, it’s not very quiet, but you can’t have everything.

Love the product. Haven't started the machine up yet. My fingers are crossed that it works.

I started a Bingo business and a small concession stand , this ice maker didn't last 4 months. I returned it to Sam's in Casper Wyoming.

Would not produce ice - ran water and drained water - year on machine 2012

Very disappointed in customer service. Received damaged and no follow up, two weeks and no response to our request for replacement/refund.
