Purchased as a Christmas gift for the children in 2024. We put it together on 12/28/24 and since then I have probably put around $100 on it in replacement parts. As of 6/21/25, I have replaced three net support beams, and now it appears that several screws have backed themselves out of the legs, causing the frame that holds the mat to warp (probably permanently). So we barely got 7 months of use out of it.
This is my last repair on the trampoline. Next major repair, and I'm disassembling it and letting one of my scrap collecting neighbors pick it up.
Also, to add insult to injury, Skywalker raised the prices of all replacement parts almost immediately after president Trump's tariffs were announced. Example - my order for Enclosure Pole Kit (Set of 1) 4201; 4202 was $42 for the poles (and then more for shipping) in February. The same kit (yes another set broke) was $51 before shipping when ordered in May. And the replacement screws they sent are larger than those originally supplied with the trampoline (which would prevent them from backing out). Why didn't Skywalker include them to begin with?
After this I will never buy another Skywalker product again. Their trampolines are made of thin galvanized metal that don't even last a year. What's worse, it appears this product is discontinued from Sam's, so I doubt my negative review will get any attention or be seen by prospective buyers. If you do happen to read this review then I think my experience speaks for itself.
Do yourself a favor and just save up and spend more for a more reputable trampoline. I should have paid more attention to the weight limit of the trampoline before I bought it. Not because we exceeded it (we didn't). But because it's a sign of the bad quality of these units. There are other trampolines that are the same size that hold 650 lbs but cost more. Save up for them and skip these cheap bargain bin trampolines.
