I don't know if that is intentional or what but it was sort of off putting. It feels soft and I would recommend it to those who want their babies wearing soft clothing. Easy to put on and good space for getting iver her head because she hates when it's a tight fit. I love a good bodysuit! They have been one of the very few brands that fits my kids as it sized. My son just turned 5 months; is long for his age and this is a 9 month bodysuit - you can see he still has room to grow.
