Why people renamed Asian Word Soyu, Shoyu, into Soy Sauce, as Soyu Shoyu is only one kind of fermented liquid soy beans, and Soy Sauce is many different kinds of fermented soy beans products. This product is good for those that must not have too much salt, and for those that want more salt there is the other Aloha Shoyu or you can get another container add some Aloha Shoyu and add salt. Making Kikkoman Shoyu available at Sam's Clubs would be a way to provide a real comparison.
