Too much rice, needs more spice and liver to taste like Louisiana boudin. It sure beats not having any boudin . Sams and Walmart both carry. Good price compared to purchasing from on-line retailers and paying for a cooler and ice packs , so it will not spoil during shipping. There are not many other options locally (East Tennessee).

Casing stunk cause all the filling fallout.

Taste was great. Cooked on stovetop according to package directions and casings broke on many of them. Ended up with some in tact and the rest was a bunch of yummy boudin rice. Grill or non stick pan may work better next time. Will buy again.
