We have some troubleshooting tips that can help resolve the issue. Open the access door and check for any jammed darts (jammed darts can prevent the blaster from functioning). Then firmly close the access door and make sure it’s fully closed. Load the two clips into the blaster and hold down the acceleration button to power your blaster on and be sure to pull the trigger all the way back to fire. Motorized blasters require strong batteries, so we recommend using new, fresh batteries with your Nerf Elite 2.0 Double Punch blaster. Now you should be ready for your Nerf battle!
