I have a 1997 Ford Ranger XLT, a 2004 Dodge Dakota 4 x 4 crew cab, a 2008 Ford F-250 crew cab, a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis and a 2012 Ford Fusion. I use Peak Long Life Antifreeze in all of them. I buy it from Sam's by the case for $60.00. there are 6 one gallon bottles to a case. That breaks down to $10.00 per gallon. This antifreeze is full strength concentrate, you need to mix it with water (I mix it half and half) so 6 gallons turns into 12 gallons of high grade antifreeze and that my friend breaks down to $5.00 a gallon! I flush my cooling systems every two years, with this antifreeze I have never seen any rust, phosphates or any unknown little globules being flushed out of the cooling system. It is always clean. I highly recommend this product. and having shopped around I found Sam's has the best price.

Fair price for a great product that covers any vehicle

There are many types and difference chemical compositions of coolants designed for the modern vehicle. GM vehicles have used Dexcool for many years. This is an Organic Acid Technology and should never be mixed with the standard Ethylene Glycol coolants. Many manufacturers create a unique blend of coolant that is designed to resist rust and corrosion in their engines as well as eliminate cavitation and the damage that can be caused by cooling system cavitation. This coolant will work well with many older cars, but I would never mix it with Dexcool or one of the coolants designed to work with heavy duty diesel applications. It's kind of like the 10w40 oil for gasoline vehicles at Sams - good for the old cars, but not most newer ones.

Good stuff,but over priced. Local farm supply store has cheeper antifreeze. Sometimes Sam's is slow to adjust prices.

This is a good product at a good price. This is a better value over automotive retail box store pricing.
