Cleaning solution works great! Pump not so well.

I have purchased this product several times and it works well. The problem I am having is that the spray pump quits working before I'm halfway through the bottle. This has happened with both bottles of the "twin-pack" that was purchased. Any suggestion to fix the pump to make it spray again? There is no help with this problem on their web site.
