Great tires that grip well and ride smooth and quietly. This is my second set.....the first set had over 74k miles and still had decent tread for easy summer conditions. Rotate every oil change and you will get more than the expected mileage if you are not driving too hard

These tires were purchased and installed at my local Sam's. Right out of the gate I immediately noticed a smoother, more comfortable ride than my previous tires - Dunlops, Generals, Toyos, Hankooks - and they were quieter too. I live in the frozen, snow covered North (called Snowtown, USA), so I purchased these tires in hopes that I will no longer need to switch over to dedicated snow tires in the late fall. I will revise my review after I've used them through the winter, but in the meantime, I can say that I am very pleased with their performance in both wet and dry conditions. I really don't think they sacrifice a thing here - the sidewalls are stiff enough for the power turns and the tread grippy enough to stay planted even in torrential downpours. If the WeatherReady's live up to their claimed snow and ice performance as well as their tread life rating, they will be a hands down, home run product.

I am so happy with these tires. They handle beautifully in the rain. I haven't had a winter yet with them. But I'm sure they'll prove me right about how I made the right choice by buying them.

Bought this for my Nissan Altima 2015 - Earlier had a Continental Conti pro contact that came with the car which didnt offer much traction.These good year tires give superb traction on wet and dry roads.My driving experience has really become good as if I have a different handling system on the car..However the road noise is relatively high compared to my previous tires.They are relatively loud on noisy roads and relatively quiet on newer roads.There is a constant thumping noise but its not so intrusive with some music.. Dont recommend these tires if you want a quite ride.For all the other requirements these are best in class

I purchased two separate sets of this tire. One for a Kia Optima EX, and one for a Ford Fusion SE. Started out great but my the middle of the second year they spin on wet pavement, handling declines, noise increases,stopping distance gets longer and longer, and each rotation and inspection reveals rapid treadwear. Didn't even make it to 40k on the better-wearing of the two sets. I replaced one set with Michelin CrossClimate2, will do the same for the other when Sam's gets them back in stock. For $15 bucks more per tire, and just a slightly smaller discount from Sam's, it was well worth it for a substantial upgrade. Yeah, you get a better rebate on the WeatherReady, but that's what Goodyear has to do to move these tires. I cannot recommend these tires.
