I am a plus member and I was charged an extra $40. Attempted to resolve issue in store, but they advised to call c is customer service who in turned advised me to go to the store. Needless to say I spent several hours being tossed around and still no resolution. They say "satisfaction guaranteed" that is a gimmick I will not recommend getting tires from Sam's Club
