Good product!

Family bought 2 of these bikes about a month ago! They are so much fun! Takes a little getting used to, so go slow in the beginning. We're ready to invest in another one, so everyone can ride!

EBIKE

Ordered two Ebikes. Both were damaged when my husband opened the boxes. They were not damaged from shipping, but from a sloppy job of putting the bike together from the factory. One has the connection to shut the battery door broken, multiple deep scratches, and a crack in the area that holds the wiring, possibly from being tightened too much. The other bike has small dents and the battery housing on the right side, doesn't line up correctly and you can't charge the second battery. I called SWFT and they finally called back after leaving six messages and said to return to Sam's. Sam's returned the call on the first bike and offered a partial refund if we kept it. We have not called Sam's about the second bike. I just feel like the SWFT company is not inspecting the bike's before they are packaged. Shame on SWFT! Who wants to return these heavy bikes? Shouldn't be shipping these damaged Ebike bike's!!!

Complete lack of customer service

Purchased this in March mainly because it was supposed to come with "white glove" assembly as stated in the product description. However, after registering the warranty and sending several emails, the only response from customer service were emails to purchase additional products. No phone number provided on any material to contact the company - email only. After a full week with no response, we decided to put the bike together ourselves. Instructions and videos were not that helpful, but we finally did it. For now, the bike seems decent enough - gets up to speed and the battery lasts for a while. Hopefully there will not be any issues with the bike as customer service for this company doesn't seem to exist. Sams Club needs to revise their product description to remove the "free assembly" information - very misleading

Customer service is NONEXISTENT

New bike, have questions, and all you EVER get from customer service is a recording. Sent a detailed email, and got a stock reply--didn't address my issues. I don't think anyone even read my email! It appears that their email account is on 'auto reply." I like the bike, but the compamy's customer support just ain't there. I'm so upset with them that I'm contemplating returning the bike to Sam's Club. My one star rating is solely based on their lack of support. If I were rating the bike alone, it would be five stars. If customer service EVER answers the phone--I'll change my rating.
