As times are changing as well as appliances I must say this is just amazing. It is made so durable and the quality is fantastic not to mention the size and style. It has many wonderful functions which makes life much easier on your daily chores. The Shark Robot can vacuum both carpets and floors no matter if you have rugs,wooden floors or tiles it will clean all. What I love most is that I can actually program a home clean up while on am at work or out for the day through either Alexa or Google. Another function which is also great is that you are able to set your Robot Vacuum to actually target specific areas such as kitchens and bathrooms which, is used more frequently than other rooms. I definitely recommend this robot vacuum, you will be happy. I love it!

I HATE this thing. For months, I have used it, and there is always an issue with it. It either doesn't clean all the rooms it's programmed to clean, it says "cleaning finished" when it should be charging and finish cleaning when it's charged. it doesn't go over thresholds, and now I'm getting a notification saying that the vacuum is on a cliff it can't get over. It's actually on the dock, and the connections have been checked. It says it's disconnected and is at 60%. It is plugged in but won't run. I bought this to make my life easier. I have MS, and this vacuum is more trouble than it's worth. It's nothing but a source of stress, and I don't need that.

We love the robot. The mapping took a little while to figure out, but once we did it was ez to clean one room or spot clean. The real problem is customer service. I cannot get into the shark clean app. I have spoken to Shark customer service on four different occasions and have been told their tech department is working on it and I should get an email within a day so. Well so far it has been a week and I still cannot use the app. The robot will clean the whole house but I can't clean a room at a time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very cool to have a vacuum that you don't have to push around and move furniture, this will scope out your home and plan it's map to how you have your house set up. You can add the app to your phone and set it for when you want it to clean for you. If it needs charging during vacuuming it will go back to it's base and charge then start where it left off. It picks up everything in its path. It even empties itself too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had two other brand robot vacuums of the R-a and N-o types. This blew them out of the water. The set up was super easy. I like the app and Alexa connection, which was easier to set routines and voice commands. The self emptying suction is kind of loud and did get clogged once but was easily fixed. I liked the initial mapping it did and the zones you can set. Works perfectly to do just kitchen and living room every day as needed. Highly recommend this vacuum. We have a long haired shepherd and two cats and this handled their hair without issue, even with spring shedding.

I unboxed it read the instructions, followed them and thought everything would work out fine. Sadly, I was disappointed that it gave me an error message that the bumper was stuck. I messed with it and messed with it and finally got it to work. After that it was able to work, it tells you how to download the app and that was super helpful. Overall, its a very nice vacuum but the instructions were not clean and really, I had to figure it out on my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Shark robot and they just keep getting better. I set up this Shark Matrix in my downstairs where we have most of our living area -- kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom, guest bathroom. It mapped all of the rooms without any issues and our floor plan is not straight forward -- it's got a lot of complex turns. The map was made very accurately and we were using it within a few hours. I love the self emptying container. It's easy to remove and empty. The vacuum does a good job picking up dirty and hair. It never gets stuck or lost. I look forward to using this Shark for a long time!
