This little vacuum does an excellent job picking up dirt, crumbs etc. I am very impressed with the level of clean we see on our carpets! It’s also amazing to be able to use the app! This is very worth the investment!

I had originally intended to get a shark robot but was swayed to another brand by some reviews and it turned out to be a big mistake. I saw that Sam's had this model in stock and gave it a try and it was so much better, so easy to use, easy to set up great machine so far. Packaging by Shark was A+.

I got this Shark vacuum to replace my old non self emptying one . Let me just say , once you go self emptying you never go back .. You really don’t think about how much you empty these things out until you don’t have to for a while . Another great feature is that this shark can get on my shaggy rug in our living room and not get stuck !! We hated having to go and move our old one because it got stuck all the time ! Then we would have to pull out our shark handheld and vacuum the rug . Not any more ! Sharkira doesn’t it all! (Our vacuums name ) . You can tell it were not to go. You can have it clean certain areas and rooms . Powerful little machine . Trust me , I’ve had three different types , this one is by far the best brand I’ve owned . Highly recommended!

It's surprisingly quiet and I love the way it maps out each room and you can select areas that you don't want it to clean. It's so quite ther we can even let it run in our living room while we're watching TV without it being annoying. We also really like that it ins self emptying and we don't have to empty it after each time that it runs

It automatically gets cleaned out into a holding tank, then once a month or less depending on how much dirt it needs to pick up you will then empty that. It wa easy to set up and connect to my wifi too.

It not only has 3 different suction levels while vacuuming, it self empties into the base which saves time and the reservoir is pretty large. This Shark vacuum maps your house and uses an app, which is very user friendly. Highly recommend for people with pets, as it pulls pet hair from rugs with ease.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, it asks you to name it. I named mine Susie Shark. I so love her!! She does an initial eval of your home, then you can send her from her dock to any room in the house to clean, or have her clean the whole hoose. The only issue i have is thwt i have 2 dogs that shed & instead of picking up all the fur she will spit out or loaw some clumps. But its easy to just pick those up & throw them away. I wish there was a way to make her holding compartment bigger but overall Susie is great!!!

I was very excited to finally get a robot vacuum; it was a Mother's Day present. The vacuum itself seems to work great. But we could not get it to connect to our Wi-fi network! We moved the unit 3x, changed the wi-fi password and even changed routers. It will not connect to any wi-fi. This seems to be a Shark issue, based on the reviews. Really frustrating.
