if perfume contains the word “water”…

This smells nice, like lemon cake. But it is literally like water. It smells for about ten minutes, then does a complete (and by complete, I mean total disappearing act. I even bought the perfume oil to help enhance longevity, but nope. Definitely not worth even half the price.
