I love these pans. They are shiny and smooth. The cookie sheet has a small dent; I would be concerned if gifting. I’m sure I will put some dings in it over time. I baked some cornbread in the sheet pan, and it turned out beautifully - perfectly cooked. When I compare my old muffin tin to the new one, I’m shocked that I haven’t replaced it until now. I have always been pleased with this brand, and this set follows the same pattern.

I’ve purchased Nordic Ware cookie sheets in the past. I love the weight of these products. They will last for years and years. I do not recommend putting them into the dishwasher because it changes the color. They are not “nonstick”, so you should use Silpat or parchment paper when you can. They are very simply excellent baking pans for a reasonable price. I love that the cake pan comes with a cover. The loaf pan is a nice, generous size. I highly recommend. It would be a nice gift for someone just starting out.

What a complete set of what baking needs! They are very sturdy and well made (also made in USA) product. I can bake and use it as carrying/storing tray since it has a cover on one of them. They are much thicker metals that other brands, yet not that heavy.

I am impressed with the cookie sheet. #1-it is a heavy aluminum sheet. #2-the size is perfect for a dozen of cookies. I actually used three different types of cookie sheets in my convection oven at the same time to test this fairly. I did use parchment paper, since they recommended this in the instruction sheet. All three did well and I did wash this cookie sheet by hand since they recommended that also. The cookie sheet did a great job.

This baking set arrived all packaged and protected. The silver is very shiny but once washed it shows water spots. Make sure not to cut on them as I’m sure this metal would prolly scratch pretty easily
