Aluminum baking is a plus.

I am impressed with the cookie sheet. #1-it is a heavy aluminum sheet. #2-the size is perfect for a dozen of cookies. I actually used three different types of cookie sheets in my convection oven at the same time to test this fairly. I did use parchment paper, since they recommended this in the instruction sheet. All three did well and I did wash this cookie sheet by hand since they recommended that also. The cookie sheet did a great job.

Nice baking set

This baking set arrived all packaged and protected. The silver is very shiny but once washed it shows water spots. Make sure not to cut on them as I’m sure this metal would prolly scratch pretty easily

Hello, Your Natural Aluminum pans may show discoloration and marks over time from dishwasher use and utensils. Hand washing recommended, dry your pans promptly.
