Tender enough for a great bite, tough enough to hold the boatload of beans I cram inside ‘em. Flat enough to be thin, round enough to be called tortillas. Highly recommended as long as you’re not expecting homemade. Close enough for when you can’t make ‘em yourself.

Awesome tortillas that went bad after a week. That's what happens when you have fresh tortillas. So, freeze them to keep them for a month or more.
