[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the plastic head attachment. The bristle one kind of hurts and it takes a long time to dry after washing it. It took over 2 full days to actually dry and be able to use again. The plastic one is awesome though. It feels super nice and soft on my face and my face feels really smooth after using it. It cleans and dries very easily.

It is really easy to use, compact (you can take it everywhere you need it to), it comes with a cute case (I got it in blue). I love the three interchangeable brushes for better cleaning and care of the skin. I never felt my skin so soft after a facial cleansing, it's like going to the spa, but every day for me. My sister noted it and she loved it so much that she went that same day to the store to get one for herself, and now she's another happy women too. I will really recommend this product to every women and girl who want a soft skin at the end of their day.

What I love about this face-cleaning system is the exfoliating brush. I could really feel the deep cleaning feeling all over my face. It left my skin feeling smooth and soft and my cheeks a bit rosy. The directions say to use the exfoliating brush a few times a week and I will absolutely do that.

I like how when you scrub your face it feels smooth and cleans your pores. It make your face feel fresh and clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only gave this facial spinner 4 stars because I thought I was going to have to break the battery door to get it opened. Hopefully it was just a malfunction on my spinner. The tissue they use in it was caught so it would not come off easily the first time. My husband had to do it and I was afraid it was going to break. OTHER than that I love it!!! 5 stars! I feel a real clean when using it vs not using it. I have to be carful not to over exfoliate with it though. I use a retinol and the spinner really helps remove the flaming skin. Yes would recommend!

My skin felt really clean and fresh after trying out all 3 brushes. I have to wear special dermatology products on my face so I was concerned at first, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that all 3 of the brushes worked on my skin. And just in case you have more sensitive skin than I do, they have a silicone brush that is designed for sensitive skin. The system comes with the rotating tool, 3 brushes, and a case to keep it all together. The 3 brushes included are: an Exfoliating brush, a cleaning brush, and the silicone brush. It recommends using either the cleansing brush or silicone brush once a day and the exfoliating brush 2-3 times a week. It also warns against using harsh or physical exfoliants that are hard with jagged edges like nuts, shells, seeds. etc. It also suggests to clean off your make-up before use so you don't stain the brushes. However, if the brushes get stained it says to use soap and water. The system is water-proof for like a shower but it says do NOT submerge in water. I'm very happy to have this product and after using it for a straight week I do notice a difference in my skin.

I use it in the morning to gently exfoliate my face. I then use the cleansing brush to clean my face. My skin looks so much better then before. I can't believe the results! It makes my skin look so fresh and clean even at my age, you can really tell a difference. I also use it at night before bed. After my makeup facial wipe, the facial cleansing removes anything left on the skin! I then apply a moisturizer, and my skin feels fabulous! Along with the soft bristles on the daily cleansing brush, included is a exfoliating and silicone brush. You will love your skin! It's like having a facial at home

Apparently using zoom allows for others to examine my complexion, which I wouldn't have known had one person not tell me how good I looked, she didn't quite know what it was, oh, it's your complexion! The only thing that I have done differently is use this spin brush almost daily in the shower. I noticed after that comment that my skin actually looks great! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars as I would have preferred a rechargeable unit instead of batteries.

Bought the ultimate skin spa from my local Sam's club a few months ago and have had bristles get stuck in my face causing an infection. I used the softest brush, hence, silicon brush, and still had the bristle get stuck in my pores and embedded itself to the point of causing an infection. Another youtuber had same problem. So beware. The cheap price is not worth it.

I've used the cleansing brush and a gentle cleanser for about 2 months and it has worked well. But the first time I used the exfoliating brush, I used it with my exfoliating cream and the pair were too intense for my sensitive skin. My face was raw for a few days. I decided that the exfoliating brush wasn't for my skin type. But I recently noticed that my facial texture looked extremely uneven and I couldn't get into the spa for a facial. So, I tried the exfoliating brush again, but this time without any other products. It worked wonders! There was an immediate difference in my texture! I followed with my favorite mask, and my final result looked and felt like I'd been to the spa.
