Super easy ordering, accurate descriptions, easy delivery, nicely protected in multi layers of wrapping and bags. Very easy to unwrap and set up. Was to full size in minutes. First night was a little adjustment to the feel as far as our sleeping pattern. When we got in bed the next night, it felt like a dream. We slept more sound and still than we had in years. Ever since, it's just gotten better. We are living this mattress and so are our backs....cudos to Dreamcloud for creating this great mattress and making the decision so easy for us. We were hoping that the Premier would be a little softer on top than the normal memory foam, which we don't like. However, it really does just feel like a memory foam mattress. We've relegated this mattress to the basement guest bedroom. Too much hassle to return it.

We have been looking for a new bed for so long, i searched best beds for back pain, and this popped up! It happened to have the bundle with my Fairview style of headboard! The bed arrived today and I’m instantly in love ! It’s really like laying on a cloud! Already shared with my friends to buy!!!

I'm a side sleeper and after 30 days of sleeping on this mattress... not feeling a significant difference from my previous conventional mattress ... still waking up a bit numb on my side a few times during the night ... I will give it a while longer to see if this changes. I did my research and this mattress received very good reviews regarding side sleeper comfort across several review platforms ...a bit disappointed for now.

This mattress is comfortable but a little more firm than expected. I prefer a medium plush feel and my husband a firm feel. So this mattress is perfect for him. However, we do not wake up with back pain like in our previous mattress. It is very heavy to move about and you will need deep pocketed sheets to cover mattress completely. I suggest a low profile box spring so that you don't have to use a step ladder to get into bed.

I have been through 7 mattresses in the past 4 years and they either hurt my neck back or hips or were entirely too hot. Most of them were major brands. I did my research and Dream Cloud seemed to be the best option, and I was not only satisfied but I find myself thinking about it throughout the day and can’t wait to go lay down and finally get some comfortable restful sleep! I cannot say enough good things about this mattress! Thank you Dream Cloud for giving me back restful sleep!

We received our mattress a few weeks ago and are enjoying a wonderful experience. The mattress is really supportive and I notice that it seems to keep me cooler while I’m sleeping which is great. It took a while to get our mattress (king size) but it has certainly been worth the wait.

My wife and I did our research and decided on Dreamcloud. The first night sleeping on the mattress was pleasant, but we were both very tired and didn't get a chance to fully appreciate it. The second night was like a foodie trying a new recipe. Nice. Today my wife told me that her back and hips weren't bothering her as much, 'think it's the mattress?' We're now both sleeping through the night. That's the rest we were looking for.

I really like this mattress, it appears to be good quality, it was delivered in good condition and construction seems nice. That being said, while I find it quite comfortable at 5' 0" and 120 pounds, it is far too soft and lacks support for my husband who is 6' 2" and 300 pounds. We are disappointed as all of our research and the various guides indicated this bed was a good compromise for us, but I really cannot recommend it for bigger people unless you like a really plush mattress and lower back support is not an issue for you.

We have slept on this mattress for two weeks and our back and hips are both improving. I am a side sleeper and have found I experience less pressure on my hips. My husband is a back sleeper and feels improvement in back pain when waking from sleep. We are very pleased!
