Before i purchased this mattress i was having lower back pain..so looked at a lot and f reviews and video comparisons and decided to purchase...it was left at the front stoop, extremely heavy and hard to unpack!! After finally getting it to the bedroom and on the frame, I allowed 24 hours for the gassing process..well 5 days in the smell is still lingering and now I am having pain and stiffness in between my shoulder, lower neck area.. I might add I had help with the mattress from my 17 yr old son who is quite athletic and I Workout daily!!! Will give it a little more time..may just need to adjust to it...really hopeful my pain goes away

This mattress is ok. Not the best I have ever had but ok. It is more firm than advertised so my hips still hurt. I was looking for something that was comfortable to stop the hip pain at night but still have not found it. I guess that is what I get for buying online instead of going to a store to try them out.

I purchased this mattress in July 2018, it's now February 2020. I really liked this mattress when I got it, but it just doesn't last. I'm a 5'4" female, weighing about 130 lbs. Even though I rotate the mattress every 3-6 months, there is a permanent sag where I sleep and I wake up often with back pain. Very disappointed.

I can't explain how happy we are with our Premier Mattress. The mattress was super easy to set up. We are a senior couple. Honesty, I didn't realize that we were not getting "restful" sleep until our purchase. What a difference! Nightly hip pain...gone ! Waking up several times a night to "readjust"...gone! The mattress was delivered in just a few days after ordering. It was very easy to take to upstairs bedroom in the shipping box. What an amazing bed. I suffer from several herniated disc after a horrific car accident and before the dream cloud I always woke up stiff in my neck and back. I love that dream cloud offers the support of not too soft but also not too firm. It's absolutely perfect. Thank you for helping me live a better less pain filled life.
