A little fruity and sweet, and a bit of bite. There's nothing that tastes quite like an Ale-8 1. Especially when you pop it in the freezer for a bit and drink it when it's right on the edge of freezing. It doesn't look frozen, but you open it and it gets just this light slush on top.
