The chair is sturdy, well made and securely packaged. The color is not gray as noted in the item descritpion but beige (it is labeled as light brown on the box). There were several dark dirt/smudge marks that look like fingerprints on the fabric. I was pleasantly surprised that the height was adjustable which was not indicated in the item description. Unfortunately, I will be returning the chair as the measurements provided in the description are incorrect and it will not fit under my desk. The item description states that it is 23.5” wide which is accurate for the seat part of the chair, but the base with the casters is 25-27” depending on how the casters are turned.

After putting it all together I have to return it! There's a smudge on the chair and the adjustable height does not work. The cushion is very hard. Does not feel comfortable. There's also a crack on a peace of plastic on one part of the chair. I am very unhappy I have to return it and deal with a giant box that comes with it. I will return without the box.
