Lots of problems -tec support said to “talk” to retailer- turbo tax charging for filing even though its should be free

I've used Turbotax to prepare my taxes for many years. Never a problem. Sam's always has the best price. My order was ready on time.

Can be a little bit overkill for a first-timer, but will get easier each subsequent year. It you've had it for years, you'll never look back.

Mostly user friendly program that has some annoying redundancy. Have used in prior years. Escalating price, but Sam's Club the least expensive.
