Requires Login to account but poor recovery options. No where does Intuit tell you that one has to log into an account to activate their product. I haven't logged into it for years .. and the only manner for me to reset things is to send a copy of ones Drivers License, Passport, or other document. I never use their online storage or data. I can not understand why they make this a requirement especially for those not wanting on line data at Intuit. Looks Like H&R Block will be used, I've used them both to double check stuff but now Intuit is out. It'd be nice if they listed this on their description and/or clearly on the box.

I purchased and paid for this product thinking the licensing code was inside the package. Got home to find out that it was just a carboard display and needed to go to customer support to actually get the product. The instructions were not very clear. Not happy that I have to drive back to the store.

Was very surprised by a $50 fee to file with irs and $20 state. Should have been disclosed in the details! Will not use TTx next year.

Spent hours to get activated. Used this product with no issues before this year
