I have been usining Turbo Tax for about 10 years. It has always been easy to use. I like that it imports data from your previous return so you don't have to spend time filling in this information. I would definitely recommend Turbo Tax to anyone who wants to save money by completing their federal and state returnds themselves.

I've been using TurboTax for years. There have been some complicated years, but now they are pretty standard. I still use it because it checks for errors, and you can efile Fed return.

I hate doing my taxes, but I have used Intuit TurboTax for many years and it makes a grueling task so very much easier. It brings in the information needed from last year's taxes, uploads many of my W-2s automatically, and asks the appropriate questions to get my taxes done quickly and with the best outcome possible.

It takes a little bit to input all your data but once that's done, you're basically done. The program walks you through the process and transfers that information to your state return. It so much quicker than trying to do your taxes by hand and much more accurate.

I've been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for over 17 years. It's easy to use and steps you through every deduction and income detail or you can pick just what you want to work on. It can also import prior year tax data, as well as W2's. It's capable of much more! If you've used tax preparation companies before, you'll save a lot of $ using this simple to use software!

Easy to use. Information on new tax rules and explanations are provided in each section. This also includes state tax forms. Although I elected to not use the e-file option, it is available. I like that last year's tax could be accessed because I used Turbotax last year also. The amount you owe or will receive is on view while you are filling in each section. The calculations are also done by Turbotax. The price was also right. And last but not least, you can stop if you need to, close the program, and come back later to finish.

Intuit should be more transparent on the packages of their different levels of Turbotax. The Deluxe DOES NOT allow you to upload Investments. I had to enter everything myself. IF I had known, I would have purchased the Premiere version. Plus, seriously, their customer service is really bad.

Very disappointed with Turbotax this year. Waited for accountant to complete our business taxes. Went to add business info into our personal taxes but Turbotax had not updated their forms for the K-1 entries. Had to wait 3 weeks for them to fix this. UNACEPTABLE!

The cardboard display card was shipped to me, not the actual product. Upon taking the card and email receipt to the store, all that could be done was refund my purchase price. All i wanted was the product, and while I could buy it again, the sale was over. This is not a reflection on the product but the shipping and return. I intend to buy this item.

Tried to e-file but they kept trying to charge me although it was supposed to be free. I tried to print it out but couldn't. I asked them for a refund but they told me my receipt wasn't good enough and to reason for a refund. But then they said the number wasn't correct. I will continue to just file it the old fashioned way. Not impressed with their refund policy.
