Powerful enough to do some number crunching. Decent sized screen for most tasks. Supports a second monitor, which is important for me for seeing the full page of documents I'm reading while simultaneously working on other screen. Doesn't have a touch screen, which is not something I use. I use the function keys a lot, so I changed the setting in the BIOS so that I don't have to press the fn key to use a function key.
