But the emergen-c crystals they love. Packed with vitamin c and zinc they get all the goodies they need to strive. They love the pop the crystals make when they eat them. My child love taking them ever morning. The Power is fine which make it really easy to take, its better with out the water. I love all the vitamins that my child is receive when she take it.
