[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have attached a video review to this post of my mother and my daughter trying out the adult version and the kids version. I tried it out after they did, and it kind of reminds me of pop rocks. It definitely taste better than the one they make that you mix with water but it still has like a little bit of a chemical taste to it which I'm sure are the artificial‘s in it. I do prefer a more natural approach when it comes to vitamins, but this was a really cool idea and it's great for kids especially kids who don't like to take the vitamins. My daughter loved it!

My kids did not complain about taking it they thought it was candy and liked the popping. They like this better than the one you pour in water. Also easy to use on the go because you don't need water.
