[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some have said it leaks all over the floor, but I didn't have much problem with that. I bathed 4 dogs over 100 lbs. While I did have to use treats and a leash this first time to keep them there because of the noise, I was able to bathe them. They were still a little wet when I finished each 1, but I didn't have the hassle of loading them in the car and taking them to a groomer or the mess in my bathroom from trying to wash them at home. Plus I didn't get soaking wet and my back wasn't killing me when I finished. The shampoo that came with it didn't have an overpowering scent and they seemed to be pretty clean and soft when we finished. I did order the 2 pack of additional shampoo when I ordered the bath, so more baths to come. All in all I liked this much better to wash 2 hairy husky mixes, a rottweiler, and a lab. And cheaper than trips to a groomer. Be sure to brush them before you bathe them to keep from having a buildup of hair on the head. Didn't clog it, but after washing the first dog it made more sense to brush them first instead of pulling globs of hair off the head while trying to bathe them. As with any new product like this there is a learning curve. I'm sure the next bath will be easier. I recommend the Bark Bath. Especially if you have multiple dogs. #sweepstakes

It took some work to get my dogs close to it (great video resources), and the dogs did smell better. :). That said, the tool is somewhat tough to use on legs, smaller dogs (wish the nozzle was smaller). On my Shitzu mix who has hair, it just soaked him through. Overall I expected them to be dried a bit more. Wish also that the mat was bigger and was sealed (vs soaks through). The $ toward the pet foundation prompted me to purchase, so no regrets- but I'm not sure I'll use it much.

Amazing product, I wish this was available years ago. It is sooo easy to use. No more wrestling a 90 pound dog into the tub. I don't get wet and covered in fur. The instructions are easy to follow for setting up and introducing pets to this product. AMAZING!

Purchased Barkbath online from Bissell.com. Barkbath had been used-it had water and condensation both in the tank and in the unit. I contacted Bissell and was told that they test some products prior to selling. I did not really believe that story. I believe the unit I purchased was a previous return. Why would Bissell not dry the unit out before boxing up a previously tested unit. I returned unit and had to pay return shipping. I am not happy with a company that would do this.

The shampoo did not mix with the warm water so it was very cold and did not extract the water as well as expected. It's necessary to repeat the whole procedure to rinse the shampoo. Lengthy process for dogs that are not overjoyed with the first round of cold solution- I have 2 medium size dogs and bought this because of recent hand surgery. It took longer than a regular shampoo and were just as wet. The idea is innovative and has promise but not at this stage. Very happy with other Bissell products I have!

Love this! As the mom of three great dane/lab children this is a wonderful thing to have. My children are aging - 2 are 11 and one is 10 - and range in weight from 130 to 106 lbs. Lifting them into the tub is not a solution and they can no longer get there themselves. I usually bathe them outside during warm weather but cold weather is a problem. I just bathed all three in my dining room in under an hour! They were a little nervous at first but soon settled into the back-rubbing motion.

We have had a spring of nonstop rain and flooding, here in deep-East Texas, and this has been a lifesaver! We have two very energetic Aussie-girl siblings, and they really don't like to be muddy and smelly any more than we like them to be. Now that we have it set up near the tile-floored kitchen, and ready to go, that is key to success-- all set up and ready to go-- we are able to just pull the expandable baby-gate across the entry to fhe living room carpet, and shampoo away! Now if we could only get them to stand up through the whole affair while we're washing them... as it is now, they roll on their backs and think they're getting a belly rub!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] #sweepstakes# I think it is a clever idea but unfortunately ineffective. It basically just sprayed water on my dog and he was shivering because he was sopping wet. There was absolutely no suction. This product needs improvements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the spark bath for my two dogs one is a blue heeler mix and the other a Chocolate lab mix. The park bath took considerably longer time to wash both dogs then I would if I were just to bath them in the normal fashion. I can see this being for someone who is living in an apartment with a small dog but not a larger dog like I have.

I gave him a bath last week when it came in and a while ago I ask him if he was ready for another bath and he came and sit where I gave him his last bath and he acts like he enjoys his bath.Love the Barkbath ,my dog is 70 lbs and I can't get him in the tub.Thanks Bissell.
