Excellent Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love this refrigerator. It is HUGE. Really like the fact that it makes two types of ice. Have not had a problem with the ice maker as we did with our previous frig.

Great altogether

Disappointing service

To clarify, this review is not for the appliance itself but for the customer service that I have received, or the lack of it. I called Sam's Club support line and during the call the representative hung up on me and never called me back. The reason for my call was that the third party that does delivery notify me that they can deliver later than what the estimated date was when I purchase the items, and that I was counting on. Had to jump through multiple calls and be transferred back and forth to never get anywhere and get any kind of answer. I'm concerned with this purchase, and especially with the long-term warranty that I purchased for all three items,  if this is how the start looks like.

For the price it's not worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how easy to clean and the big space however I don't like the fact you need to wait almost one whole day for the ice tray to refill it has option for small ice & regular ice you can't just pick one this sucks when you have a lot of traffic and need to refill your cups I hate that this model doesn't allow for on demand ice I mean really you pay a pretty good price and no option to refill on demand which sucks I was also told by the tech who had to reset my ice tray that it also won't produce ice as fast depending on how many times the fridge has been open which is also a bit annoying because it should matter if I'm opening my freezer instead correct anyways I really think I should've stuck to a fridge with the ice maker on the door instead for this price I'm very disappointed
