Pieces were stuck together which means it was not kept properly frozen. It must not have been handled properly. Defrosted a little then put in freezer and pieces got stuck together when refreezing

A kid of small pieces, not very good quality chicken

These are a joke! The chicken has dark bruise like spots, its tringy and fatty. I understand trying to save a few dollars but do yourself a favor, but a different brand or buy fresh.
