We loved it, it worked great for months, and then it stopped working. We were heartbroken because we had thrown out our other blender and had nothing to blend. There was no slow down-- only a doors-not-blend suddenly two days after we last used it to make sauce. But the warranty covered it. It was easy to talk to the company on the phone, do a troubleshooting exercise, and order a replacement for shipping cost only (hmmmmmm-- that also seems a little wrong, but it was only 5.99), and we are very excited to receive the new one. Will the next one last more than a year? We hope so!

I loved my NutriBullet PRO, I used it twice a day just about everyday for a whole year and it was amazing. I did everything in my bullet. However, in less than a year it broke and since I got it as a gift, I could not get my warranty on it. So now I have a broken Bullet at home. Other than that it was excellent, saving up to get another one!

I've been using my NutriBullet for a couple of months and I absolutely LOVE it!!! It performs perfectly making great nutritional smoothies. I feel healthier already! One of the other big pluses is the ease of cleaning the container. It's so much quicker to clean the NutriBullet containers than a blender container. There's just no comparison!

I bought my Nutribullet in 2013, and it worked well for approximately 3 months. Then the veggie, and fruit cutter blade started to get loose, and what ever type of grease they use for the ball bearings started to seep into my drink, and the blade started to wobble a bit. It is now just sitting on my kitchen counter, and unusable, but it does look good, and it also reminds me NEVER to buy anything from Nutribullet ever again.... If you are going to buy one, then think again, and buy something else that will work well for years to come.... Just NOT Nutribullett

This is a good appliance to make smoothies and takes up less cabinet space than appliances that do more. I've been happy with it but it is not the appliance you need to grind nuts into nut butters. You need to be careful not to overfill the container or there will be leakage into the appliance, but when careful, I haven't had any issues. It cleans up easily and is at a good price point.

I received the NutriBullet as a birthday present this year. The machine itself works great but I was disappointed that the system did not include any sort of lid that fit directly onto the cups for travel. My previous Magic Bullet came with a lid like this and it made it extremely easy to make a smoothie, throw the lid on and take it to go. I am now having to transfer the smoothie to another cup with a lid, and end up cleaning up a lot more than I would otherwise.

I loved my NutriBullet 600 and used it for many, many years. When I tried to use it like a food processor on some whole dried dates - it seized up the motor and I was very sad. I tried the 900 because the only thing the 600 did not do well was chia seeds and I thought the 900 might. The reasons I am so disappointed with the 900 are - it smells like its burning up, its super louder, and even though I screw on the cap tightly - it keeps unscrewing itself and the mess is crazy. I need this product for my health and its stressing me out big time that I am reluctant to use it now.

We use our NutriBullet every day and it's never been easier to get the actual amount of recommended servings of fruits and vegetables in on a daily basis. We are also able to add things like flax, chia and hemp seeds to our diets that we won't normally have- they're so easy to incorporate into our shakes. I have had my NutriBullet for over a year now and I love it...except for cleaning the blade. Food get stuck around the gasket and I haven't found a tool that will get it clean. There is even food under the gasket, yuck! Customer service is sending me two new blades so I hope those are better than the ones I have now.
