I have a nutritional protein smoothie every day. I was excited to use my nutri bullet so I could use spinach, kale, chia and flaxseed. It did a good job of pureeing but it “unscrews” as it runs leading to leaking all over the place. Also, the perimeter of the blade assembly is so large that for small or older hands, it is very difficult to tighten securely. I use a rubber grabber to tighten it to the cup and it still leaks. It shoukd come with a tool. I am returning it. Just not worth the trouble and hassle.

This is my third NutriBullet. I drink 1'or 2 healthy shakes a day, every day. I got my first one when they first came out. I love this blender. It does a great job and does it quickly. It is easy to clean and operate. I will always have one in my kitchen. I have tried other blenders, but they don't compare.

I have a protein shake every morning with kale, frozen fruit, ice, water and protein powder. This blender does an amazing job creating a smooth drink with no leftover kale bits or ice chunks. Plus, cleanup is a breeze. It was a bit of an impulse purchase that I do not regret at all!

Although it does a fine job with fruits and vegetables, I am frightened of using ice in my smoothies. I understand that the machine should be able to handle ice, but have heard that the blades can be damaged and leave metal fragments in the smoothie. I was disappointed to find that your company has no plans to rectify this situation.

Bought this a few weeks ago. It works very well except for some small seeds it doesn't blend very well. I think I have to get them in powder form. Otherwise, it works great. Blending frozen items is excellent because always using fresh items costs way too much money and may not always be used in a timely manner. Much better than using a standard blender. Will continue to experiment. Overall, I am very pleased with it's performance.

I love this juicer. It purees everything and you get all the fiber you need. I add a few ingredients to up the fiber content. The ONLY complaint I have about the cups is when you put the blade on or the lid, getting it off is a beast. I have actually put rubber bands around the bottom of the cup so I can get some resistance and it's far easier to open. I recommend putting a rubber bottom on the containers so they're not so hard to open. I can just imagine how it is to try to open if you have arthritis in your hands. Other than that, I love it.

I didn't buy a new one. I got a replacement for one that died after 2 months of use. I still had to pay a shipping/handling fee under warranty. So far so good. We will see if this one lasts longer. My old one lasted for years. I used it yesterday and it spurted tomato sauce all over my kitchen as the gasket became loose. Never had this issue with my older model.

So I bought this blender to replace another type and am very pleased with the performance of blending the ingredients to perfection. I like everything about it. The one I chose included 2 size "cups." I like the smaller size cup so that is a plus for me.

With power and speed, this appliance is giving me the healthy start to each day. I can honestly say I am recovering health that I don't think I would have without my breakfast smoothies. Louder than the original, this model makes incredibly blended drinks in what seems like a quarter of the time. Don't think about it, just get one!

I love this machine, I use it to make all kinds of healthy drinks, I'm a diabetic so this is very important to me. I accidentally didn't get the top screwed on tight and before I could stop the machine I had liquid running out of container and down into machine. After cleaning up the liquid I tried to run the machine again but it just wouldn't work. I contacted the company and was given a phone number to call, the lady that answered was very sweet and told me some things to try to get it to work. I was amazed because the first thing she told me to do corrected the problem and it now works fine. I'm so thankful for her help and now I can once again get back to my healthy smoothies & drinks. This company stands by their products and even though the error was mine they were more than ready to help me get it back to working condition. I wouldn't hesititate to purchase more of their products.
