very hard to get the top off...although I believe the way it operated and blends is great. I am having trouble getting mine to start and I really do not feel it has had a lot of use. Over the last few months I have only used it a handful of times. Now that I want to start a regimen again it is acting up, I feel like one of these times it is not going to start.

I got this for Christmas and have used it almost every day since. I have enjoyed having a fresh smoothie for breakfast. I would suggest purchasing extra blades as the seal on mine came off within the first few uses and doesn't stay on the best, which makes quite the mess when the smoothie comes out of the sides once it turns on. The warranty is also difficult to sign up for as they never accept faxes. Once I am able to talk to customer service I am going to request a replacement for my blade as the seal does not stay well. Other than that, the product is great and works as it should!!

I had to get new blades and a new 32oz cup, as somehow a notch on my cup broke! To get them shipped, it was quite pricey, i felt. I just bought the exact one i had for a brand new one. It works like a dream! i had my old one for 3 years, and I used it almost every day! The machine itself still works. I'm keeping it up for a backup if necessary.

I don't think my stomach likes eating vegetables in their raw format in salads. I would either steamed them, or a better way is to get them into my daily smoothie! To other comments that says "leak after a few uses", please be mindful with the max line, it's not filling up the cup! I'd recommend Nutribullet to change that max line to a RED THICK line to avoid future disaster...

I chose to get a Jack Lalane juicer a while back. It was a huge hassle to clean the parts, cut up the fruit,veggies, and then throw out the pulp. With Nutri Bullet, it’s so easy to put in the fruit or veggies, nuts,seeds, yogurt, and drink the whole nutritious drink. It tastes amazing and I’ve eaten more healthy food in a month than I did in the whole year! I feel better, energized, and my skin looks clearer than ever. I am 62, a lifelong runner and exercising fanatic.

I just returned my 2nd NutriBullet machine to Bealls Florida where it was purchased. Each machine worked for a short period of time and then it was impossible to turn it in order to start the blender. Very poor design and a lot of hype for a machine that doesn't work for more than a month.

Love our new NutriBullet Pro! I guess the loss of one star is due to the waiting that needs to be done when you have blended 3 times. There are times when you can smell the motor's overheating. Regardless, great quality product and perfect for the needs of 2 people or small batches.

I have had my Nutribullet (900w) for several months. It VERY quickly blends up the best veggie/fruit smoothies. I use fresh or frozen produce, add a little water and maybe a little fruit juice and I have never had any problems with it. I love that I'm not throwing out the pulp like you would if you used a juicer. If I use it to make a frozen coffee drink, I used crushed ice cubes just to avoid any potential problems. Easy, breezy to clean, too. Great product!

My husband and I enjoy healthy smoothies now that we purchased the NutriBullet. How easy it is to operate. I've shared smoothies with neighbors who can hardly believe that the delicious smoothie has so many healthy ingredients that they may not normally eat.

When we first got this My Wife and I have been making shakes every day..but now being about five months since having it seems like it is falling apart...The motor sounds like the gears are grinding (very,very, loud and noisy) the blade cap bearings are starting to get play in them and gaskets are melting...I am afraid this thing is not going to last much longer...Very disappointed cause it does make great shakes which I look forward to having every morning to energize me through out the day....I feel that NutriBullet needs to go back to the drawing board and design something that will last much longer and less noisy....
