The furniture came packed perfectly in the boxes to avoid shipping flaws. The table and chairs are very nice with built in system to prevent chair cushions from blowing off. Can’t wait to enjoy this summer.

This set is beautiful and just what I was looking for after spending, literally hours on line, trying to find the right purchase. The chairs were perfect; no damages. However, the table had a big dent in one side and, once set up, saw the other side had a notable damage in that the top was bowed upward and the side was pushed out. I requested a replacement of just the table. I didn’t want a whole new set since I had to pay someone to assemble it and what if something was damaged with the next shipment. It took several phone calls and a lot of persuasion (shouting) to finally get Sam’s Club to agree to just send a new table which they acknowledged. The table was delivered today; has not been opened. However, Sam’s sent an entire set-not just the table. I refused to accept it and wrote that on the receiving paper.

Since our last set was wood, this aluminum "wood look" was a perfect addition to the back yard. Two hundred dollars for freight delivery is a little on the high side, but there is no option for in store pickup. The boxes it comes in are huge. We hated the shrinkwrap that was on the chair legs as some was so hard to get off....we ended up using plyers to pull them off. Be very careful unpacking as these scratch VERY easily. The table legs go on very easily with a few screws.
