These started out as the best frozen green beans we ever had. But the last bag we bought was full of stems, and little pieces with brown ends. Looked like they swept the scraps off the floor, then packaged and sold them.

Poor quality control.

Don't bother eating beans from the can-mush. Other brands of frozen green beans-waxy. These were surprisingly good, and we will buy them when we can't eat our own fresh beans. They are a very thin bean, but tasty, and so convenient to throw in the microwave. Add a touch of butter and salt, and yummo. Maybe everyone already knew this, but after microwaving, I cut off the tippy tip of a corner of the bag and drain the water out into the sink (same for the frozen broccoli). I even press on the beams a little to see if they will release any more moisture.
