My 2003 Ford Expedition now has 160,000 miles and I am now on my second set of LTX M/S. I got about 85,000 miles on the last pair which was a little less then I expected. The winter handling in Minnesota, along with the traction during the off road driving I do make them well worth it. Great handling and fairly quiet too. They do instill confidence in less then ideal conditions.

I have used michelin tires for the past 40 years ! always been satisfied, even after a couple of mishaps that the dealer took care of right away without any questions, ( My dealer is great ). The last 3 or 4 sets of michelin tires have taken me down the road at least 60,000 miles and up to 80,000. I expect this new set to last 80,000 plus miles. Thank you very much !

Superior difference in handling when on the road and at high speeds. Very smooth and better handling than the replaced Michelin tires that came from the factory. They look good and a bit more aggressive. So far very pleased with the tires and extremely happy with Discount Tires in Sioux Falls, SD. Our rep, Todd, went way out of his way to help us with the cost of our tires.

Safety is #1 I like the way I feel safer driving in all road conditions with my Michelin Defender tires on my vehicle. Also, the ride is much smoother on any of those road condition I drive on. I think they will last a long time. My last Michelin tires lasted 13 years!!

I bought 4-new Michelin LTX M/S tires when I replace original tires from my Ford F150 at 62,000 miles. Now my Ford truck has 162,000 miles and my Michelin tires still going strong! The tires have over100,000 milles!!!!!!!!!!! & looks like it will last another 100,000 miles. I'm in a constuction field and I drive my truck to work carrying lot of toool & constuction materials. The Michelin tires are the best tires I ever had and I highly recommend to everyone. The Simply the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought these tires about 4 months ago. They have about 5k miles so far. They are so much smoother and better steering response than the Toyos that came on vehicle. I have had two other sets of these on other vehicles in the past. I’m sure these will deliver the same excellent quality my others have. They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Bought new Michelin 18” Defender LTX M/S2 tires for a Ford F250 to replace Michelins that had come with the truck. My old tires were smooth as silk and I actually got more miles from them than the warranty. However, the new tires vibrated badly, so I had them rebalanced twice, with no improvement. Michelin replaced the tires under warranty, but the new tires also vibrate badly. I took them to another shop that had a road force balancer and paid out of my own pocket to have them rebalanced again. There was some improvement, but there’s still a significant amount of vibration. I'm very disappointed in these tires.

My first set of tires which came with my 2006 Honda Ridgeline gave me 93000 miles and I know I could easily have gotten another 5000 miles out of them.I replaced them with the same tires which now have over 25000 miles and are showing no wear at all.I rotate my tires every 10000 miles.Thank you Michelin for a great product. These tires do it all on my SUV. The wear is great! They're great on and off road. I don't drive in deep mud but I drive a lot of fire roads in the mountains that have some muddy and snowy areas and the tires do great. They're also tough tires and hadle the rocky mountain roads with no problems.

I have been utilizing the Michelin LTX MS tire on my 2002 LX470 for the last 11 years. I have 136,000 miles on the vehicle and am on my second set of tires, which still have good tread on them. I use the vehicle for just about everything, from going camping, to the beach and running around town on errands. The vehicle has constant all wheel drive, so I expected the tires to not have as much life, clearly this is not the case. I currently am in the process of procuring a new set of these, not because of the tread or sidewall appearance, but due to the number of years and miles they have on them,(over 66,000) I feel it is time from a safety standpoint. Aside from longevity, they handle exceptionally well,especially for a vehicle of this size and weight. The traction is true and devoid of that "greasy" feel I have noticed in other tires over the years. Bottom line is, Michelin has done an outstanding job with this product line..don't change a thing.
