Help yerself delivery person

The box was delivered with a small piece of tape closing, and no outer box to protect it. Apparently, some leprechauns or other types of bow weevils decided to help themselves to nine out of 12 cookies prior to the delivery to my girlfriend for her birthday. I called Sam’s Club and they gave me my money back. I wouldn’t buy from this company unless they decide to put this box inside of another box to prevent delivery people from helping themselves to the goodies.

Hi,This is next level odd. We ship our Chocolate covered cookies inside a gift box, and that gift box is snugly packed inside another box, which is fully sealed with wide packing tape. Was the shipping label tampered with?
