Very classic and useful product. Can cook it, eat it it raw or like I do, mix 3 tablespoons of Quaker Oats, 3 tbsp. of chia seeds, 1/4 of any nuts like pecans, walnuts, macadamia, sunflower seeds, pumpking seeds or almonds, 3 tbsp of Members Mark unrefined coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 8 oz. of your favorite milk(I use mostly almond, soy and oat beverage or lactose free cow's milk), put on the refrigerator so the chia seeds absorb and become perfect for the stomach and down it goes. Can also be made on stove, oven or microwave. It is my perfect breakfast!
