Very impressed with the quality of the Nordic ware cake pan. These pans are lightweight and and sturdy made with high quality. Baked evenly throughout, pans released of the cake well, cleaned up easy.

These pans are versatile. They Can be used for small casseroles or 3 tier gelatin molds. You get even cooling as well as heating. Very sturdy aluminum pans. I used them for freezing homemade ice cream.

Just love these pans- can make such a variety of layers & designs. I would recommend to anyone. Love to bake and share my creations with family and friends. Also I am teaching my granddaughter to bake.

I purchased the 9” version of these pans from Sams years ago and I can attest they have stood the rest of years. Easy to clean and maintain. Even heat distribution and well constructed. Bakes cakes with even rise.
