I received a free sample of this product from smiley360.com and I think it works pretty well. I have 3 boys and although they didn't love the taste, it wasn't so bad they wouldn't drink it. It did make them feel better pretty quick, but it did take a few doses to really help with breaking up the congestion. Overall it did it's job and I would buy again!

this works great when your child has phlegm that he or she cannot get up by clearing their throat several times. weve used this for awhile now, and i keep 3 bottles on hand all the time, ready for any season with the 2 kids. as a matter of fact, us adults keep the adult mucinex pills on hand for the same problem because this stuff works very well. as far as shipping. walmart gets their items to you ASAP. im very happy with their customer service too.
