I highly recommend the 22kw Generac Generator. We experience numerous power outages each year and I love having the sense of security knowing that whether we are home during the start of the power outage or not my basement won’t be flooding from the sump pump not running and my whole house will continue to function within 12 seconds without having to do anything. My new Generac 22KW generator installation is complete, and everything works flawlessly. It has already turned itself on for a scheduled self-test. It is comforting to know that I am no longer subject to the inconvenience and financial consequences of random power outages. Excellent and well-designed product!

The entire process, from quotation to installation, took a bit of time due to a significant order backlog, but overall I'm happy with the process through SPS. They responded to queries and kept me informed as to status. The installers were very professional. The Generac appears to be made of high quality materials and offers several key features.

We had a 16 Kw Generac for 11 years and were very pleased with its performance. We have just recently upgraded to the 22Kw with the whole house transfer switch ... we've not tested it yet under adverse conditions but feel sure it will be just as dependable! Plus, being able to power anything in the house will be a huge bonus.

From the estimate to the conclusion of installation, this project was excellent. Mr. Buchanan gave us a very reasonable estimate for the size and quality of the generator installed. The men who installed the generator, set-up and wi-fi connection did a terrific job, were very pleasant, cleaned up nicely, helped me connect my phone to the Mobil Link app. We couldn't have asked for a better team. We just fired up our new Generac backup generator. I was extremely impressed with the unit and it’s performance. It handled the entire home without any issues or struggles. I would also like to thank R3 Hardware Honesdale Pa and its employees. They have been tremendous throughout the entire process. They are knowledgeable, efficient, professional and extremely helpful and friendly!!! I would also like to add a special mention to Beth for coordination, scheduling and Walter for the installation!!!! They were both amazing and made this a very enjoyable experience!!!

I've only had my 22kw unit for two weeks so far. I've heard it run through a weekly cycle and that's it. So far so good! The install company did a great job and knew what they were doing. Now just waiting for the power to go out! Winter is coming and we get record snows here, so I'm sure this will be a great investment!

We needed a backup generator for our home, and when the power was out we were happy to hear it hum. However, after the first use of this product it broke down and the wires were fried. After consulting with customer service, they said the warranty wouldn’t cover it, they blamed lightning for causing the problem. Then they sent a bill to cover the diagnostic cause even though we already knew what the problem was. I would not recommend using their services at all, unless you want poor quality coverage and usage.

Rescom employees were all very helpful and professional. Can't wait for the power to fail and our Generac to kick in! We have only had it for 5 days but know it will last many years. We have a twice-yearly maintenance contract with Rescom and a 7-year warranty from Generac.

The generator has been installed for just over a year. We live in a rural area where we have frequent power outages and the unit is very reliable.
