Contracted with PACE Electrical for the installation of my Generac whole house generator. They were a pleasure to work with. They seamlessly coordinated the gas supplier and gas service installer and their staff arrived on time. The installers from PACE were efficient, professional, neat, and took the time to answer all my questions during the installation process. My Generac started the first time and, after set, up did it’s own test run flawlessly. I would unconditionally recommend PACE for anyone in the DE/PA/MD region. I trust my Generac generator will live up to its reputation.

The generator was a replacement . It was an easy install. The documents provided explained everything very well. The installation was very straightforward for anyone with electrical background. The product appears very well engineered. Very satisfied.

The installation process went without a hitch. Completely a one step process of selecting a Contractor for the entire job. I bought the full system plus propane tank and it was all installed in one morning with no problems including trenching for the gas line of 90 feet. The system started right up and they instructed me on the use of the system very clearly. The simplicity was astounding and the features of surge protection and load dropping and addition fully automatic. I was impressed. Never in my 80 years have I seen such an install of this complexity go so smoothly.

Lost power at least 5 times last winter, and again this spring, each time for days. My home is over 4,500 sf, so I wasn’t sure how expensive this project would be. After seeing how affordable the on demand was and knowing it will add to the home’s value, I made the investment. My neighbors have stopped to report Generator Envy, and I’ve encouraged them to check out the affordability. The more Heat Pumps and Electric Vehicles are added to the grid, the more our old system will fail. I’m almost exited for the next outage.

Just had the Generac 18KW GUARDIAN-NO T/SW AL whole house generator installed yesterday. Haven't had a chance to see it in motion, but it gives us great peace of mind knowing that should our power go out our home heating and sump pump will continue to work as needed. we plan to do some traveling so being away from home at times we won't have to worry about a flooded basement or food in the freezer going bad if the power were to go out. I also need to mention the added value to our home should we decide to sell this house. Having a generator adds extra value. Thanks Generac.

The woman owned company/dealer installed a Generac 14KW Guardian with WiFi and Surge Breaker. The install team were very knowledgable and friendly. They demonstrated great attention to detail and ensured the install was done correctly. I live in a high wind area, so having the generator provides peace of mind. My Dad who was in the electrical wholesale business for over 66 years swears by Generac for the quality of their product and their customer service. I've already referred several friends to the dealer.

Having a quality home generator in Florida is like having a good insurance policy. It would be best if you never had to use it but being there is a benefit. The thought of finding alternate shelter in the event of a power failure in this day was not something we wanted to do. We looked first at solar and decided against against it as it would not be reliable in a storm. While we had to wait a while for installation it was installed quickly. Very professional people. Location is prefect and it looks nice. Quieter that I expected.

This product is as advertised and works as it should. I am very pleased with this generator and its operation. I am confident that I can rely on it to protect my electrical power requirements. The only problem I had was actually getting the unit and having it installed. The actual choice to buy was easy and the cost was acceptable for the security it offered and paying for the unit was easy but delivery was three months later and installation was another three weeks almost 4 months after I decided to install a generator. And the advertised 7 year warranty free was the final factor and I still don’t know if I have that warranty. I haven’t seen any notifications explaining my warranty or even if I have a warranty yet. I called my installer but they said that was provided by Generac and they would be sending me a notification and explanation of my warranty, but haven’t received anything yet so it’s another thing that I’m waiting for. So I like the generator but I’m not thrilled with the company so far.

Power outages that last days and sometimes weeks are a regular occurrence during storms in my area. I live alone, and dealing with the most recent outage, convinced me I was getting too old to carry on without the help of an automatic generator. I am pleased with the product & the entire process, site visit, installation, etc. went very smoothly. Having a whole house Generac is a terrific relief, & gives me great peace of mind going forward.
