Bonney installed a Generac generator at my home and the quality of the installation and their professionalism and courtesy far exceeded my expectations. They were very clear about the cost and timeline and communicated with me on a regular basis. Also, I never felt pressured to make a quick decision regarding the contract. The particular team that came to my home (Michael, Cole, Kim and Jonathan) were beyond polite and treated me and my property with the utmost respect. I was astounded that, after digging large trenches and creating a pad, they were determined to restore the ground around the generator exactly as they found it, including redistributing the decorative bark. After the installation, Cole carefully led me through the information I needed to know in regards to assessing the generator's status and how to reset it if necessary. I cannot speak for Bonney's other services, but am confident that they excel in those areas as well. All in all, I would recommend Bonney above any other company in my area and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

The Generac was installed just yesterday and I was impressed by the 3-man team as they did a professional and quick installation. The unit looks great, is quiet enough to not intrude on neighbors or our household and initial tests indicate it will meed our total house needs. Each week the unit fires up for about five minutes in test mode, reminding me it's ready to go. We installed the generator as part of a swimming pool project, so the unit sits nicely among the rest of the pool equipment - compact and out of the way. I can't imagine owning a home without a backup generator, especially with our aging grid system and the looming threat of cyber attacks.

We lost power for 50 hours in the Texas 2021 ice storm and my 22 kw propane fueled generator didn't miss a beat! We have had it installed 3 years now and even with blue bird weather we will be out of power for 1 to 4 hours. As a retired electrical engineer I have installed numerous generators larger than my 22kw set but reliably is equal to offshore living quarters gen sets. It is easy to maintain. As an electrical contractor we install many Generac 22kw generators period after installing a bunch of them I had to get one for my self. After Hurricane Matthew running off a small generator just did not cut it so we installed the 22kw with a 200 amp automatic transfer switch at my own house. My wife thought it wasn't necessary and then hurricane Irma hit. 4 days without power, well let me restate that for days with my neighbors without power but not us. It was just like having the power on but it was all generator. It ran everything from our Central AC to even the hot tub which we left on by accident. Everyone says it uses a lot of propane but I say no it does not it is very propane efficient. We have 120 gallon propane tank that is filled up to 80%, after four days straight of use it was down to 45%. To me that was amazing. Just to have all our Lights TV air conditioning two different refrigerators and many more items running was a dream. Thank you Generac for making such a great product
