The only reason I gave four stars is, we have not had to use our Generac since it's been installed. Though I'm sure it will perform as it should. The test run that Samual (crew leader) did was very precise with lots of information on how it should work. Mathew was an all day crew worker and didn't leave until the job was finished. The actual unit has a very clean line look, which doesn't make it unsightly. Thank you Holly Electric, for the ease leading to our installation date.

Based on power outage testing performed after installation by our installer I was impressed by what the unit does, but more impressed with how quickly it does it. Initial quality seems very good, and the unit design is attractive. I'm almost excited for our first real power outage.

Having a quality home generator in Florida is like having a good insurance policy. It would be best if you never had to use it but being there is a benefit. The thought of finding alternate shelter in the event of a power failure in this day was not something we wanted to do. We looked first at solar and decided against against it as it would not be reliable in a storm. While we had to wait a while for installation it was installed quickly. Very professional people. Location is prefect and it looks nice. Quieter that I expected.

For unknown reasons we've recently been experiencing more frequent power outages in the Ohio region than we have in the past 20 years. In June we went 4 days in 95 deg. temperatures without power. On day 3 we decided as soon as possible we'd be getting a standby generator. Close friends who have Generac Generators highly recommended the units and Riverside Electric, our installers. 3 Days after Thanksgiving, the install was completed by our Dealer. 4 Days after Thanksgiving we had a 1 hour power outage with a house full of family guest staying after the holidays. No one, including my wife and I knew we'd experienced an outage until we woke to find text messages from our power company and Mobile Link that our generator had been keeping us fully powered throughout the outage. We didn't even hear the generator run! We are thoroughly impressed with the quality and responsiveness of our new generator. Can't recommend it enough. Unfortunately, I suspect we are going to need it even more in the coming future.

The installation was easy while the company rewired my house and installed the genrator in a weeks time. It took longer to get the city inspection because gas and electric both had to be inspected with electric twice. The company that installed it spent time making sure I knew how to operate every aspect of the generator. It is on the same side of the house and I can sleep right through the weekly check. I sleep less than 10 from the unit. It solved the fear of my family being without power due weather or power delivery issues while at work. During the test run it ran all the major appliances without a problem. I got the 10 year extended warranty for free.

Very impressed with the whole purchasing, install and product experience. From the start of working with the sales team, to the day of install was an exceptional experience. Very impressed with the product quality and professionalism of the installers. Nice to have peace of mind in an area where power loss has been a continuous issue.

Redline elec. installed my generator, they were prompt, very courteous, very efficient. They worked in pouring rain and still worked like pros. I would hire them again, if I had to. The owner of the company was right on top of things, if I had questions, he was right there. He also was prompt and courteous. I was happy with the price. Good company to do business with.

I consulted with Adam's Power to install a Geneac house backup generator system recently and I'm sure glad I signed with them. I had three proposals and they were by far the most clear, comprehensive and competative. Dan Schopp was my tech sales representative and was very professional and knowledgeable. Upon signing they scheduled the work promptly and delivered and installed on time. Their office admin were very friendly and managed scheduled coordinated flawlessly with inspector and utility Co. And no worries....The installers, (Joe and JT ) performed and coordinated the work quickly and were done and cleaned up better than I hoped. The installation was done better than I expected no excuses or by the ways etc. they were very pleasant and professional and did an exceptional job. When complete they went over everything thoroughly, explained entire system, and I set up for a multi year optional maintenance schedule. This is our third Generac generator for a good reason. Their units simply work, and work well. Our last Generac generator made it through a hurricane and ran for three (3) weeks straight. We felt very comforted knowing that it worked so well, and g-d forbid we need to rely on our generator again, we know our newest Generac addition will be there to carry the load.
