My installation was completed yesterday by Craig Electrical. They did a great, professional job. Everyone was patient and kind. Answered all of my questions. I'm glad I choose Craig Electrical. We test the generator and I was able to use all of my appliances and my a/c was working as well. I'm very pleased thus far.

Our Generac dealer guided us in giving the information we needed to make a decision that was right for us. The installation process was quick and easy. Although we hope we don't need to use this product too much, we feel safe and comfortable knowing that it is there.

Because our house was totally electric, the installation process was extended. We started on 06/07/2023 and finished on 07/25/2023. Some of the delay was with permits, and having to get ENTERGY to run a gas line and install a gas meter. The process of installing the controller, running the electric wires from the controller and generator to the breaker panel is an arduous process. Running the gas line from the meter to the generator was another involved process. Overall, we are pleased with the process and is now ready for the hurricane season, as that was the primary purpose of getting the generator.

My area has experienced several power outages over the last couple of years. My Generac will ensure that the heat stays on--so no frozen pipes in the winter--and that there will be sufficient electricity for all my needs whatever the season. The generator looks good, has locks which prevent the top from blowing open in heavy winds and also prevent tampering. The installation was efficient, neat, and totally professional. Generac also has a wonderful Customer Support Team.

Very impressed with the customer service by salesman and installers. Everything went as promised. Delivered on time as planned. Installers were very easy to work and eager to satisfy our location requirements. The installation was very professional and organized. The generator surprised us the first time the weekly 10-minute automatic "exercise" mode turned on, but since then we hardly notice it. The box itself is not bad looking, and seems secure; I like that it locks shut. We've had no power outages (knock on wood), so we haven't really used it yet, but it does provide a peace of mind that we didn't have before.

What a joy it was to meet such a knowledgeable, polite and caring crew. Their manerism was highly noticed, their uniforms represent the company well and for their work performance it spoke for itself and the crew went above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Wrote a review when the unit was installed; 17 months later after its first application, I want to update. Power went out in the morning and between 20 & 30 seconds later the generator kicked in and performed flawlessly {for the next 3 hr and 56 min} until the power was restored. This is what the unit was purchased for and did not disappoint one little bit. Worth the peace of mind. I would recommend to any one seeking reliable performance and dedicated yearly maintenance.

We LOVE our new whole house generator. I have oxygen machines that require electricity to charge. It gives us peace of mind to have the generator in event of power failure. We have had one power shortage since installation. It came on promptly, powered our house and used very little gas to run for about 4-5 hours. It is great! Also increases the value of our home. Love it and am so glad we purchased!

Finally made the leap and had the 22K installed for our home. Product appears to be well made and will provide all the necessary power to keep our large home up and running. We have required durable medical equipment and power is a must!! Installer was knowledgeable and meticulous. Two transfer switches, generator and one power modulator as well as buried power and gas lines and you can't tell he was ever here. Generator ran its weekly test right on schedule. We are ready for "old man winter"
