You need very little to accomplish what it's used for and it's smooth. I love it because others I purchase cause rashes or infections and have not experienced this issue with it. It's soft enough also to wipe your face or nose like tissue. Perfect toilet paper.

So much so that my little 6-year-old daughter, before using the bathroom at my mother-in-laws house, asks her, "Lela, do you have soft and strong toilet paper?" And at one point she had asked if there was soft and strong in the bathroom downstairs because she said she used the bathroom upstairs and the toilet paper broke and, as she says, "that's the worst!"

Once I bought a competitor and my wife knew right away it was not Quilted Northern, she made me return it to the store and purchase Quilted Northern. There have been times when at work I have waited to use the restroom because there was no Quilted Northern at work. The soft quilted squares make every experience satisfying.

Have been purchasing this product for years, lately toilet rolls have been shedding lint all over my bathroom floor, I am not happy with the quality this product use to have, also it tends to shred near end of roll again the quality of this toilet paper is reduced lately, this particular problem I can get around the shredding as I have loved this brand for years and have come to trust and trust this company, the shedding of lint I am very disappointed about

I purchased this product expecting it to be as soft or softer than other brands. I was disappointed. I am not a soft toilet paper snob and can tolerate pretty much any type of TP. I just wanted to try something different/softer then my usual. It is strong and I do like that feature.

I don't understand the negative reviews because I would use nothing less than Quilted Northern for my family and friends! It is truly soft and strong. It holds up very well without using half the roll ( like so many other brands) to take care of business. Some of us are sensitive in "areas" and with QN there are NO issues. That's "price for admission" in my book! Quilted Northern is truly... the best toilet paper ever!
