Recently seems thinner.

I've been buying the soft and strong toilet paper for awhile. We loved it because it was strong and thick enough that you wouldn't occur tearing during use. However lately it is noticeably thinner. Why the change? I really don't want to switch again. Please change it back!

Seems the same as one-ply!

We have used this product for years because it's (supposedly) soft and strong however, I think too much has been compromised to save production cost. It definitely is no longer strong. It's close to being the same as one ply. We'll no longer be buying this product.
